Stella Odunlami

Stella Odunlami is a director, artist and educator working across theatre, movement, film and installation. She previously held a Senior Lectureship in Acting and Performance at Wimbledon College of Arts (UAL), and is currently Senior Lecturer in Acting and Directing at Goldsmiths, University of London. Her work explores memory, performance and the staging of marginalised voices through interdisciplinary practice.

Organisations she has worked with include: Third World Bunfight, The Royal National Theatre, The Yard Theatre, The Barbican, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Clean Break, The Almeida, Gate Theatre, Hoxton Hall, The Lyric Hammersmith, Sky Arts, Wildworks, The PappyShow, CEDAS, Hackney Empire, Shunt and BBC 1xtra. She has undertaken NECAH funded PhD with the University of Hull exploring the potential for performance-based memorials.

Stella is currently open to new collaborations, commissions and consultancy opportunities across performance, education and interdisciplinary practice. Selected portfolio, project materials and case studies are available on request.
